This is where it all begins: in the appointment module. Any authorized user can schedule a patient’s appointment and, if necessary, register them. With just a few clicks, the registration is completed, and medical teams automatically receive all the procedures to be performed, along with patient data and detailed information about the subsequent procedure.

This module is designed to be user-friendly and allow multiple users to work simultaneously, facilitating collaboration. Say goodbye to paper waste and enjoy efficient, hassle-free management!

Once the technician receives the patient, they review the Worklist (Appointments) and select the patient along with the corresponding procedure. With a double-click, they automatically transfer the data previously captured by reception.

In addition, the technician has access to their Worklist, where they can review both the procedures to be performed and those already completed, allowing them to prepare in advance for each task. After performing the procedure, the technician sends it to the PACS for storage and analysis, completing the process efficiently.

Once the acquisition process is complete, radiologists will have access to the studies awaiting interpretation. They will use DicomServer’s diagnostic tools to the studies interpretation accurately and efficiently.

Upon completion of the interpretation, radiologists can continue working on subsequent studies, ensuring a continuous and optimized workflow for data analysis.

This step is optional and is performed on demand if you don’t have a radiologist available to interpret the studies. Whether due to an emergency after-hours appointment, a lack of the appropriate specialty, or other reasons, you can request assistance from our team of radiologists on an event-by-event basis.

Our team of specialized radiologists will interpret your studies, ensuring your process continues uninterrupted and maintaining the workflow at all times. With us, your operation will never stop!

This stage consists of performing quality control checks on the studies and interpretations before proceeding with digital delivery. Authorized users will be able to correct capture errors, spelling mistakes, or other errors in both the studies and interpretations.

This process ensures that all deliveries are reliable and accurate, guaranteeing the highest quality in the final results.

After the study is executed and subsequently submitted to DICOMSERVER®, the submission module will allow authorized users to make digital submissions via email or WhatsApp messages.

If the study has already been interpreted at the time of submission, a PDF with the interpretation results will be attached. Additionally, interpretations can be printed directly from the system, including a QR code for easy sharing. Discs can also be burned on any computer with internet access and a burner, offering additional flexibility for delivering results.

Patient communication is essential. This optional step allows your reception or customer service department to maintain direct communication with the patient through digital handoffs.

The advantage of this approach is that the media is under the complete control of your business and is managed independently, with DicomServer® acting as a gateway for the data flow.

By having a direct connection with the patient, your customer service will be able to offer a first-class experience, improving patient satisfaction and streamlining the communication process.

This stage is administrative. DicomServer® allows authorized users to view and download reports directly from the platform for their own use. This feature facilitates access to the information needed for management and analysis, streamlining the administration and monitoring of studies.
